Chef de Cuisine Olivier Boudon has taken command of the stunning new kitchen at this extraordinary venue!

Olivier infuses the menu with the exquisiteness of traditional French cooking. His accomplishments are many and impressive, with his most recent restaurant Sprout Cafe in Brisbane enthusing his special following for many years. He certainly brings a special lustre to the establishment!

Enjoy the ambience, the food, the wine and the thrill of just being in this little slice of Heaven. Their goal is to make you feel welcome, provide a haven for relaxation and embellish the experience with excellent food and wines of unparalleled quality. 

The culinary offerings feature fresh local produce, gourmet lunches and decadent sweet options to help you through the day. Our seven estate-grown and award-winning wines are ready to impress, with waters, juices, teas and coffee also available. Given their strong regional links, local craft beers will be chilled and ready.

This experience usually departs Archerfield airport around 11:30 am, returning approx. 3:00 pm. Itineraries may change depending on availability.

Children under 2 y/o fly free and no seat allocation is required.

 We have various helicopter types, however our main aircraft for this tour are: 

• Robinson R44                   3 passenger seats 
• Airbus AS350 (squirrel)     5  passenger seats
